Journey to Wholeness
Many people experience guilt, anxiety, anger or self-criticism in their lives in a way that dominates their character and negatively affects their relationships. Journey to Wholeness is a group where we will explore all the dimensions that God has created in us and learn how to welcome God into the troubled parts of our soul to calm the chaos and help us experience wholeness. Using the book Boundaries for Your Soul and other resources, we will gain the tools to grow into a healthier and more complete version of who God designed us to be. Studio: Move
Take a deep-dive into verse mapping as we study the early Church in the book of Acts. This inductive study lab will provide you with the skills to dig deeply into God’s Word, equipping you with tools and a greater understanding of Scripture. This study will include guided instruction, whole and small group sharing, and opportunities to practice verse mapping in class and at home. Whispers Group Study
The Winter 2025 Whispers Group Study at Chapel in the Woods is Luke In the Land by Kristi McLelland. In our Bibles, we have four Gospels describing Jesus's time on earth: Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. The land of Israel - the place Jesus walked and taught during his earthly ministry - is often referred to as the "fifth Gospel." Follow Kristi McLelland through Israel as we study snapshots from the Gospel of Luke to see where the stories of the Bible took place. Over the seven sessions, challenge the way you read the accounts of Jesus through teaching videos that take you to locations in Israel like Bethlehem, the Sea of Galilee, Gethsemane, Jerusalem, and the road to Emmaus. Along the way, you'll see how Jesus, the Messiah, brought His kingdom to earth for everybody.

Women’s Bible Study | Luke | Evening
Join Crestwood Women’s Ministry for our winter Bible study. This will be a 3-week study of Luke before we join the church-wide MOVE Group to learn from the New Testament book of Acts. January 29 - February 12, Wednesday evenings 6:30 - 8:00 pm. (Registration for the 6-week MOVE Group from February 19 - March 26 is separate.)

Our gathering will kick off on February 4th with a special time of fellowship and the opportunity to choose One Word that will help you focus on the journey ahead through the year! Week 2 will be a time to really get to know your group with an intentional time of connection and on week 3 we will jump into Acts for our remaining time together. Our study will last through March 25th! Printed Study guides will be available for $5 beginning February 2nd at the Connection Center.
